I loved everything, but also found a few things that could be better.

The spot was convenient, with a tram right next door and good bus lines, plus a bus stop to the airport also nearby and frequent. A water fountain was available for refilling, and although the room didn’t have a hairdryer, they lent one. The first night we found some brown bugs (a type of invasive species in Geneva) that aren’t dangerous and don’t bite, but it was annoying; they moved us to another room, yet a few days later we still saw some.

Public transport was close, so reaching the city centre took only a short time; the staff were friendly; the room was comfortable and clean; there were several supermarkets nearby.

Que el personal hablara muchos idiomas y las facilidades que da el hotel. La habitación podría tener más almuadas y apropiada ventilación, si abrías la ventana entraban chinches
