Spacious. Close to main avenues. It isn’t a real hotel—just a flat. There’s no front desk; everything is automated. The QR code they gave us didn’t work. The bathroom had a small shower and a standard toilet (not Toto). An extra 5000 yen was charged for cleaning.

The cleaning was inadequate. The bathtub drain was clogged with hair from the previous guest, so water didn’t drain.

Staff were friendly, the room was hygienic and spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the location was excellent—close to metro stations in a quiet neighbourhood. The shower temperature fluctuated slightly, but it was mostly steady.

The pandas everywhere were adorable and we loved them; the futons and beds were very comfortable, just enough to sleep; there was a fridge and a kettle to heat water, but no eating utensils, only cups for water; towels and hygiene supplies were provided, making it great for a good rest; a convenience store was close by; communication was smooth, and when my room number was miscommunicated it was fixed immediately upon arrival. The bathroom didn’t have the traditional Japanese seat functions, and the microwave didn’t heat anything—after putting rice in it for 5 min it stayed cold even though it seemed to be running, so we went to Lawson to have it heated.
