The facility has no redeeming features. The owner behaves like a mafia thug, and the room is a nightmare: towels are full of hair, the quilt is a mess of previous guests’ fibers, and there’s no coffee, heater, water, or hair dryer. The room is too small for two people, with no closet or usable space. If you want to ruin your holiday, stay here. The location is on a side street where taxis are rare, and you can’t reach it safely. When we checked out, the owner made us wait half an hour to have the room inspected, then angrily demanded money for the hair dye on the towel. We’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels worldwide and never seen such rudeness. They forced us to pay $150 under the pretext of a towel, and six or seven men harassed and insulted us. They kept us for an extra hour before letting us go, so we had no freedom. We had to pay and leave. We want the company to revoke this hotel’s license and prevent it from repeating this abuse. We will file an international complaint against the firm.
