Because the pool and jacuzzi were under maintenance, they offered us a stay at their sister hotel instead, and we found everything great; nothing else to note.

The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the staff were helpful and attentive, but the property sits on an abandoned lot with no sign lighting at night, the pool water was green and unusable, and the shower delivered very little water because it was clogged.

The breakfast was the most basic I've had at a hotel, and the rooms weren't as spacious as the photos suggested, the pool was tiny, and the laminate flooring had gaps between the pieces.

“Súper confortable nuestra estancia”

I appreciated how large, cool and clean the rooms were, and the property felt very safe and pleasant thanks to the staff. The only drawback was that the blinds were extremely sheer, letting sunlight pour in early in the morning, and there was no hand soap in the bathroom.
