Cleanliness, location, staff. Everything needed for comfortable stay was provided: slippers, shampoos, shower gels, toothpaste, toothbrush. No such thing!
The location and the host were great, and that man gave such service! The shower curtain was a joke – it was crooked and offered no comfort, lol.
