We were pressured to move into a suite even though we wanted to walk around at 9 am and return to collect our stuff around 10:30 am, even though we had the room until 11 am. I was so surprised that I didn’t react quickly enough to refuse, especially since we would have liked to use the suite’s amenities when we returned. From the moment we arrived, the reception felt a bit fake.

Charmant petit hôtel , calme et d’une propreté irréprochable . Accueil agréable et professionnel. Excellent emplacement pour visiter Royan en toute tranquillité. L’heure d’entrée à partir de 17h est un peu trop tardive…
