“Not Lilly to stay again”
Nice location. The women with the lawnmower and grounds crew were very noisy at 5.

The spot is great for a one‑night stay with a dog on the way to visit family. We were upgraded to a room in the Manor House, which was a real treat. The hotel and grounds are beautiful. The restaurant doesn’t allow dogs, which we happily accept, so we ate at the bar and also enjoyed a fabulous breakfast there in the morning. A longer stay would have been better, but there’s nothing to dislike about our experience. The bar gets busy with golf groups, but that didn’t bother us.

Everything was perfect for our one‑night stay at Hilton Puckrup. From free parking to check‑in and the lovely friendly staff all around, the pool was clean and had beds and chairs to relax on. Our room was cozy and comfortable with a big bathroom, which was great! The grounds around the property are beautiful and it was just what we needed for peace and a relaxing stay. Thought was put into putting us in a quieter room since this is a family hotel. I would definitely recommend it and come again – next time with our dog! Thank you all very much! There wasn’t much we didn’t like.

Our stay was to use the golf facilities which were 9great. The breakfast was good, the staff were very friendly. The food, apart from breakfast was terrible. We used the restaurant on our first night and we had to send one meal back the desserts were not great either. Our lunch order of soup was awful after a wait of 45 minutes we were served warm soup we left to eat somewhere else. After we complained they were very apologetic, but the few days away were to celebrate our wedding anniversaries as we were travelling with friends. Suggestion to tell guests about the pound needed for the lockers in the swimming pool or give free tokens as not many people carry cash these days
