“Gran lugar (CON UNA CLARA ADVERTENCIA PARA LAS NOCHES)”
The facilities are excellent and the staff service is great. The location (physical, more than that in the pros) is excellent in Zipo because you’re a 3‑minute walk from the Adoquín and almost in the middle of the whole beach. The sea‑front facilities are very good (palm huts, loungers and bar) and the pool has good shade from the palm trees when the sun is intense. The sea in that area is much calmer than the rocky part so you can swim with more confidence. During the day, having a floor‑to‑ceiling window in the room lets you hear the waves perfectly, and the mosquito net on the bed works excellently. For those who still like hot water on the beach, the shower head is perfect (this is not so common in Zipo). Other travelers have warned about the noise from the bar “La Maxima” next door, but it’s VERY short. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP BETWEEN 11:00 AND 2:00 AM. The bar plays music at an intolerable volume. All the peace and calm you have during the day is lost because you can’t sleep on a Tuesday morning. Just that detail keeps my location rating low. The internet in the room was somewhat unstable during an important video call, BUT it’s stronger at reception (and the staff helped me with another network). If you have a critical meeting that needs attention, it’s better to ask for support to do it there from the start.

The cabin upstairs is exquisitely beautiful. Idyllic. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, the views are lovely, and the hotel complex is cared for in detail. Special mention to the pool, which was our climate refuge during a heat wave, making it very difficult to sweat at night without air conditioning. You have to keep in mind the heat and humidity of Zipolite when choosing a room. The upper ones are lovely but the lack of air conditioning made the experience have tough moments. Also know that the area can be very noisy from the beach stalls.
