I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience, especially since I was traveling with my vehicle. The hotel's vast territory and covered parking spot for each room were huge pluses, and my room was spacious and clean. The massive hydromassage bathtub and complimentary bottled water were lovely touches, and the friendly staff were always willing to offer a coffee at reception.

I appreciated the comfort of this hotel, but unfortunately, I encountered a bit of a payment issue. When I arrived, the hotel informed me that my initial payment hadn't gone through, and I had to pay again, which was inconvenient. I'm still trying to sort out a refund and could use some guidance on the process.
