The hotel was excellent, with clean and organized rooms. The reception staff were friendly and the reservation and invoice issuance were smooth.

The hotel was worse than my previous visits; I was assigned a horrible room with noisy air conditioning and a hot space due to intense sunlight, yet the AC was mediocre. I asked Paulo at reception for a change, but he seemed to brush off the issue. Working was impossible because the internet was terrible, and the lighting was awful even though the room was tiny. The place feels stuck in time, and I will never stay here again.

The hotel’s location is great and the rooms are generally good, but after the management change some rooms still have old, rusty items and the bathrooms are still in need of refurbishment. The windows, door handles, and shower stalls are all rusty or warped. A proper upgrade would make it one of the best in the area; this is constructive feedback, not a negative critique.
