The staff were friendly, efficient, and helpful; the lobby was lovely with cozy seating for a glass of wine, and breakfast was great.

The building was spotless and everything was easy to locate; I loved everything, and the rooms were beautiful and comfortable.

The breakfast was tasty but steeply priced, and our Hilton room was clean as expected; the floor cleaning crew were very helpful. On check‑in, the front desk woman was in a bad mood, rude, didn’t introduce herself or greet us, and we had to call the police after a fight and door‑banging erupted in the hallway after midnight, with someone kicking down our door and shouting.

Breakfast was good, and we were pleased to discover the dining room now serves dinner from 5 – 10 pm; we arrived early evening, too tired to leave the property for a restaurant, and the limited menu was exactly what we needed. The rooms lacked a hot water pot for non‑coffee drinkers, which was disappointing after coming from Europe where hotels routinely include them.
