The location is good. There was a lot of noise; everything from the street was audible. You can’t sleep.

The only positive thing was the location. Bed bugs!! This hostel is a warning! Arrival went smoothly, though not overly friendly, and we were even let in a few minutes early. That’s where the positives end. First, the rooms are moldy and apparently haven’t been cleaned properly for a long time. The horror began at 4 am: we woke up and saw bed bugs crawling along the wall in all stages. We panicked and couldn’t stop looking. To show the extent of the disaster, we pulled the beds apart and found mattresses covered in blood spots and bed‑bug droppings. We started washing our clothes in the laundromat. Check‑out was scheduled for 10 am, and the cleaning staff began “cleaning” the place at 9 am. Then a receptionist came by to tear open all the doors. When we tried to report at 9 am (the sign says the desk is open from then), no one was there. After a long wait, she returned. I asked for a refund because the hygiene was unacceptable; she said the bed‑bug situation was known and there was no right to a refund. When I mentioned the bugs climbing the wall, she laughed and said bed bugs don’t climb walls. When I insisted on my money, she simply ignored me, very maturely. All in all, if you want to ruin the end of your vacation, this is the place to go. If you don’t want to pay for rude staff and bed bugs, I’d recommend any other accommodation; I don’t think you’ll find anything worse in the city.
