It was just as amazing as last year, and seeing the same staff—Amir, Tari, Zen, and everyone else—who are still so kind and go out of their way to make your stay special, feels like home. Thanks!

We stayed four days here; the hotel was fine but not extraordinary. The location was great because we were right on the beach where we could see turtles. The Wi‑Fi was very weak, with only limited speed, and the curtains didn’t block light, so the room was bright in the mornings.

Getting there from the ferry terminal means taking a horse‑drawn carriage; a family of four paid IDR 300,000 one way. Check‑in follows the hotel’s strict schedule. The grounds are clean and well maintained, and the pool is good with a shaded area to relax. The family room is spacious and originally designed nicely, but it’s in terrible condition—cracked walls, damaged plaster, peeling paint, and other visible defects. For the price we paid, we didn’t expect such a poor room. At the beach, there are few sun loungers, so you might find none available. Reef shoes are essential, and you must check the tide schedule: at low tide the water is shallow and mostly exposed coral, so we rarely swam directly in front of the hotel. We saw two sea turtles nearby, but if you want to swim with turtles, a boat to Gili Air is better; we had a much better experience there. There’s not much around the hotel, so renting a bike or other transport makes island travel easier. There is no shower near the pool, which is inconvenient if you check out at 12:00 and leave later. The walkway between the pool and beach exit gets very slippery when wet, so barefoot walking can cause falls. We left a child’s ball near the pool and never found it again—disappointing, though not entirely the hotel’s fault. The sea in front of the hotel depends heavily on tides; low tide makes swimming almost impossible, though other spots on the island are less affected. The grounds and pool are attractive, but the family room’s poor condition was the biggest negative impact on our overall impression.

La déco de la chambre est top et l’eau de la piscine est bien chaude. La douche est assez vite inondée et l’evier de la salle de bains est assez petite. Bon à savoir : le petit déjeuné est en menu en non un buffet
