The place is one of the best spots I’ve visited—truly a haven on earth! The staff were fantastic, always ready to help, and I felt warmly welcomed; staying at the dream cliff was a joy, highly recommend. The only caveat is that the hotel sits in wild nature, so it can feel a little scary at night.

The property is amazing, with breathtaking views and surroundings. The staff were lovely and paid close attention to detail. The room itself was exceptional. Food was really good and service met expectations. It’s a bit off the beaten track, but it’s well worth a 2‑ or 3‑night stay.

The view was good and the old guy at the concierge was a highlight. 1. The room was dirty; the floor was covered in black and brown dust, leaving a sticky, filthy residue on my feet when walking. While I understand that mountain locations can be dusty, the floors should not be sticky. Additionally, none of the staff members removed their shoes when entering the room. In the bathroom, they placed the hair conditioner at the hand‑washing sink instead of inside the shower area, which was confusing and inconvenient. 2. The staff service needs improvement. The young lady at reception was quite moody and emotionally unstable. During dinner, a staff member asked if we were finished after we had only been eating for 20 minutes. We had just paused to check our phones, and our cutlery was not crossed or placed in a way that indicated we were done. It felt rushed and unprofessional. 3. The food is not tasty.
