The location was good. The service was good.

The nature was good. The split AC didn’t work; the environment wasn’t very clean; the café lounge wasn’t air‑conditioned. At a temperature of 3 degrees, the lounge felt as cold as it could.

The view is nice. The room had spider webs in the bathroom, dirt balls under the bed, and the bathroom grout was falling apart. We arrived to find no towel in the room, and the delivery was delayed. Breakfast was mediocre, the hair dryer was poor, and the hotel is 17 km from the city center.

I thought the cleanliness was appropriate – everything was very tidy and organized, breakfast was delicious, and the employees were welcoming and helpful. The inn, however, feels old and hasn’t been upgraded at all; to get plates you have to fetch them from a game room, the cutlery is worn out and the knife I grabbed was coming loose from its handle, the mattress was uncomfortable and there was no firewood, which felt like a waste of over R$600,00 for one night. The place has great potential if they invest, otherwise they’ll only keep getting positive reviews; at the very least they should provide a set of black dishes and cutlery and a hand‑soap in the bathroom – it was disappointing.
