“Personale super professionale e disponibile!”
The indoor pool was great, and the breakfast was usually well managed, but I would like to see more pastel de nata added on weekdays.
“Hotel muy bien pero el servicio no era propio de un hotel de cinco estrellas.”
The rooms were fantastic. The service was bad. The breakfast buffet was poor: the utensils and food kept running out. There were queues to get a table and there was little variety and quantity.
“J’ai pas aimé la semaine dans l’hôtel”
There isn’t much to praise; it’s far from five‑star and the apartments look very dated and neglected. I asked twice about a gym – they said yes – but the only machine was broken, leaving only a few dumbbells. Breakfast was understaffed, sometimes just two people serving fifty tables. The corridors leading to the pool were filthy and dark, hardly what I’d expect from a five‑star property.
“Amazing 2 weeks and see you soon”
The pools, the villa, the breakfast, and the location were great. Nothing negative.
“Fünf Sterne sind nicht rechtfertigt”
The location was good and the staff stayed friendly, and the breakfast was very good. The noise was extreme, the beds were bad, the cleanliness was lacking, there was a fight among the staff, and the coffee machine was often out of order.
