The room was spotless, welcoming and meticulously cared for. The location was convenient and perfect for exploring Pompeii and the surrounding area. The staff were extremely kind and helpful.

Everything was excellent, from cleanliness to service to internet. The location was also perfect, close to everything. We were truly satisfied.

Comfortable bed, large spacious room, well‑equipped bathroom. Close to the suburban train. About a 25‑minute walk to the Sanctuary in Pompeii and the Archaeological Centre in Pompeii. The kitchenette in the room lacked gas burners (removed), cookware, cutlery and everything needed for self‑cooking, which was inconvenient. Only two mini paper cups for espresso and two mini capsules for the capsule coffee machine were provided. It turned out that a full kitchenette set required an additional fee. The street‑side side of the room is very noisy because a major city street runs under the windows, with heavy car traffic. The balcony doors are poorly insulated.

The bed was comfy, and it was a 20‑minute walk to the Pompei UNESCO site and a 10‑minute walk to the train station. The room was small, and there was no room service at all during our stay—no fresh towels, no rubbish collection, a kettle but no cups or cutlery, and only disposable cups that weren't suitable for hot drinks.
