The staff were friendly and the area was quiet, which was great. But, I was surprised to find that there was no cutlery or cups in the room, which made it hard to have a drink or snack.

I had a lovely room with a fridge, and the staff were super friendly. The location was close to shops and restaurants, and I didn't hear any noise at night. My only complaint was the scratchy blanket.
