Viola and the rest of the team were absolutely amazing, welcoming and helpful all through our visit. The room was spacious and neat, with everything we needed. The backyard was a real highlight, even featuring the cutest turtles! The location is fantastic, just a 10‑15 minute walk to the Duomo and only 5 minutes from Firenze Santa Maria Novella station. Overall, the experience was fantastic and we’d love to return. Highly recommended for anyone heading to Florence!

The location was great, very close to the train station. The lady at reception was kind and helpful, and the rooms were clean. You can reach the owner via WhatsApp, which was very convenient.
