The staff were genuinely pleasant and helpful, going out of their way for airport transfers and tour assistance; the room was spacious and comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. It’s only a 3‑4 minute walk to Pub St, markets, and the riverfront street food, yet far enough to enjoy a quiet night without the loud music from the clubs that stay open all night. I’ll book here again myself. Thanks for the stay!

I loved my stay. The location is very convenient and close to downtown. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large and clean. Great value for money. Highly recommend! Nothing to add.

This property is in a great spot, within easy walking distance to Pub Street, local shops, and restaurants. The room was great, featuring a large, comfortable bed. What made the stay even better was the friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended if you want everything right on your doorstep! Parking was an issue.

They arranged alternative accommodation at a nearby hotel and took me there. They overbooked and told me on arrival that they could not honour my booking.

The hotel sits just a short walk from Pub Street yet stays quiet enough that I could’t hear the traffic. It’s a calm place with a decent pool.
