“Good indeed”
The property offers good value. It’s a nice place with a lovely pool. They have a great setup for sunset watching and stargazing (chargeable activity). Direct access to Lakshmanpur beach is convenient. Rooms are neat and tidy. Food is average. They don’t accept credit cards—only UPI and cash—which wasn’t mentioned during booking or in any communication. Check‑in was messy because WiFi was down for UPI transactions, and there was no cell signal. A disclaimer or a call about the credit‑card policy during booking would have helped.
I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay, except for the location which was decent. Unfortunately, everything else fell short of my expectations, and I wouldn't recommend it to others.

Almost everything else was a letdown - the food timings were restrictive, the pool was dirty and poorly maintained, and the WiFi was frequently out of service. The resort's claim of being 4-star was far from it, with service and maintenance that didn't even match a 2-star hotel.
