Everything was super nice, clean, pleasant, I highly recommend. Except for the person who attended at check‑in, she was super rude and curt, seemed like she didn’t want to help us, ignored us for a long time, helped with a reservation issue but only denied the service and we were outside for more than an hour until we found a solution ourselves.

I can't say anything good about it. I already explained this elsewhere, so I won't repeat it, but honestly it really depends on you; if you go there, no one will want to stay because everyone is rude, they kick you out, they don't respect you, and it's the worst service I've ever experienced.

The night shift receptionist was literally rude, told me she was in a bad mood and wouldn’t attend, wouldn’t give me what I asked for—no ice or water—because she simply didn’t feel like it. Later another person called and apologized, but that didn’t erase the bad time, and that day it seemed everyone was in a bad mood because they also didn’t respect my reservation, literally kicked me out, turned off the light, the air conditioning, all while my reservation was still in effect. Terrible, disgusting.
