Only the lift and AC were working fine. 1. Rooms were dirty and not cleaned before allotment 2. Toiletries were not provided 3. Dirty linens 4. No room accessories were provided 5. Staff barely managed stay

The view was great, the large underground parking was a plus, there were many fruit markets nearby, a lift was available, a balcony was present, and the price was affordable. The location was quiet and also welcomed tourists.

I had an incredible experience at Hotel Royal Krishna in Gorakhpur. The rooms were immaculately clean and incredibly comfortable, making my stay truly enjoyable. The staff were incredibly polite and cooperative, always willing to lend a helping hand, which added to the hotel's warm atmosphere. The food quality was impressive, and the hotel's calm ambiance made it perfect for both relaxation and hosting events.
