“Nice location nice building but try to connect with the right person,”

Nice location. The building management is great, but because these rooms are rented individually and independently, the building management can’t interfere. Overall nice building at a nice location. I’ll recommend doing your search before proceeding with booking. Contact the building management directly to do that—just google it. Multiple people handled booking for some rooms, and every person presented themselves as a manager of the rental rooms. People didn’t take responsibility. The problem is one person is managing and another is managing the same rooms with personal capacity, creating unnecessary problems. The same room was booked by multiple people and everyone claimed to be the property manager. I had to extend my stay and it was like the worst experience I ever had. Finally they extended the stay but changed my room; the room they gave me had a broken main door lock. In the toilet the tissue roll holder was broken, the drawer was broken and half open, meaning you can’t close it or open it. The exhaust fan was not working; it was moving with airflow or had no idea in the toilet. Not enough light in the bathroom to shave properly. The internet was down in this room, the heating system worked perfectly in the bedroom but not in the lounge, while everything I mentioned was working perfectly in the previous room. Because they extended the room without getting so they don’t care about the review. I have a receipt of the payment and text message history to prove my review and what I’m claiming. Hopefully management will look into this and in the future we’ll have a better experience.

The location was fine. The bathroom was dirty, the sheets were dirty, the curtains were dirty. No breakfast even after we got free breakfast as part of the deal.

“Value for money at a good location.”

The place sits in a great spot and the apartment is spotless, with the owner and staff replying fast to any requests or concerns, so it feels like good value. The bedding hadn’t been changed when we arrived, but it was swapped out the next morning right away.

The main door key was missing, which was annoying, and the breakfast service was poor, so we only managed to have breakfast one day.
