The stay was decent overall, but after the bistro closed, the staff stopped being helpful; nobody was in the lobby and phone calls went unanswered. I asked them to lower or turn off the music at night, yet they never responded, the calls stayed unanswered, and the issue remained unresolved, so I couldn't sleep that night.

The pub was super cute, with a lovely outdoor area and a play area for the kids. The staff were so nice and helpful. The beds were the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever stayed in. The heating didn’t work in my room, but I found a space heater that worked fine.
