The room and apartment are truly excellent. The location is perfect in the heart of the center, with plenty of restaurants, services, and shops within reach. The beach is a 5‑minute walk. The air conditioning works wonderfully. The owner is very kind and helpful. The lobby also offers ample space to leave bicycles. The only downside is that the second floor has no elevator, but that’s expected in a historic building in the center.

I booked this place for my mother‑in‑law and the spot was perfect, right in the heart of the city with plenty of services and activities around. The price matched the city and location nicely. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The owner was very helpful and even accommodated a few extra requests. The furniture felt a bit dated and during a heavy storm water leaked in through some windows, but the owner promised to fix it afterward. Overall she was very satisfied and would recommend it.
