The lady at reception who checked us in and out was friendly and the hotel was moderately clean, but the bed was extremely hard—probably the hardest I’ve ever slept on. There was no cushioning on the mattress, making it really uncomfortable. A draft came in from the bathroom because the window/air vent was left open and we couldn’t close it. The hotel sits high on a very steep hill, so with luggage it’s hard to get up because cars can’t drive it; you have to get out at the bottom and walk.
