One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at anywhere in the world. Everything was exceptional, and the attention to detail was truly impressive. They thought of every little thing and provided so many thoughtful amenities in the room. The staff were incredibly polite, kind, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Both the check-in and check-out experiences were outstanding and made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued as guests. A truly wonderful stay, and we would definitely love to return in the future. Highly recommended!. Everything

Our stay at Kanaya Hotel Kinugawa was an easy 10/10. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond—warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making every detail perfect. Their level of care and hospitality made the entire experience feel personal and seamless. The food was absolutely out of this world—beautifully presented, thoughtfully prepared, and packed with incredible flavor. Every meal felt like a true highlight. Combined with the authentic cultural atmosphere and meticulous attention to detail throughout the property, this stay felt like a fully immersive and memorable experience. We left feeling relaxed, cared for, and already wanting to come back. Nothing was negative, the level of attention to details didnt allow for any negative feedback. This was a true once in a lifetime experience
