“Would come again!”

The location was great—far enough from traffic and crowds to be peaceful yet still easy to reach nearby towns. The hosts and pets were wonderful, letting our dog play and feel welcomed. I had already given feedback to the hosts.

“I won’t be coming back or recommending this place to anyone.”

We ended up in a different trailer because the staff on site had taken ours away; it was a gross cigarette smell. I didn’t stay in the trailer I paid over $200 for, a big downgrade that smelled like cigarettes with cigarette butts littering the entire exterior—absolutely gross.

The experience was horrible: the bathrooms were gross, the bed was extremely dirty, and it didn’t match the pictures at all—it even stank. The ceiling leaked at night over the bed while it was raining; after telling the owner, he offered a 15 % discount but never applied it. They don’t care! I hated everything!

The location was good, but it looked more like a gravel pit than an RV resort.

“Site is under construction”

I had a bit of a mixed experience at this campsite - it was clear that it wasn't quite ready for us when we arrived, but owner Will was super responsive and apologetic, even offering a refund. The site's proximity to Gibson attractions and having a hot water shower and flush toilet were definite pluses, and the other visitors we met were really friendly. I get that it's currently offline while they sort things out, and I appreciate Will's efforts to address the issues.
