When we arrived, we noticed the windows wouldn’t close and there was no way to secure the bedroom, so we had to take all valuables with us when we left. The shower was poorly cleaned, with personal items from previous guests and stains on the walls. The worst part was the owner’s terrible service; when I complained that there was no hot water at night, he said they don’t provide water after hours, and there was no water to brush teeth.
