Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The property is amazing, the location is great, the value for money is solid, and HOST # YAM is outstanding. She was available for everything all the time, fixing a lock in about 10 minutes and helping with a locked gate at 2 am. AMAZING.

Great location. The room needed some attention to its decor.

The tranquility and the nice, though small, pool are appreciated. It isn’t really a 4‑star property as listed, but at that price it would be impossible. I wonder why it’s labeled 4 stars. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, it’s highly recommended. To find good beaches you need to move around on a motorcycle, and there are nice ones, though managed by the military and paid. The lack of a reception was a problem. When we arrived there was only one staff member who didn’t speak English, and we had to call the owner for room instructions. The room wasn’t a 4‑star but it was pretty. Our TV was still a cathode‑ray tube and didn’t work, but they replaced it after a couple of days. The listing says breakfast is extra‑paid but doesn’t clarify that it isn’t served on site, only ordered elsewhere, so you have to ask the owner first. Since we didn’t see the owner for the first two days, we asked the Thai‑speaking staff, who didn’t understand the question well and told us that breakfast wasn’t possible. More clarity is needed.

I found the place friendly and cosy, but the recreational facilities were clearly run down.

The hotel was clean, tidy and functional, yet breakfast was advertised as available without any arrival instructions and there was no staff present in the morning. I paid an extra supplement for a pool view, but could only see the pool if I left my room and looked straight out; my room was at the end of the block next to the pedestrian entrance, and all we heard was the gate opening and closing.
