Nothing positive. The overall hygiene was poor, and we found several cockroaches in the bathroom.

Nothing positive. The staff tried to hit my mother, made false accusations against my family, denied us access to the facilities, yet still charged for the stay—this was the worst hotel experience, a true disgust with the personnel.

I booked a room, but they switched me to another one because the one I chose was blocked and unavailable; still, the staff handled it well and were very friendly, just keep that in mind.
