The wall‑mounted TV was useless – no power outlet or antenna, and the staff had taken the air‑conditioning remote, so we were stuck in a sweltering room. I booked for three people but got a double‑bed in a cramped space, then had to book a second tiny room for the third guest and got hit with an $80 cleaning fee. I even have photos to prove it.

Honestly, the whole experience was just plain poor – nothing stood out as good and the downsides outweighed any minor positives. I left feeling let down.

The room was infested with cockroaches, and even the mini‑fridge wasn’t spared, which made the stay pretty uncomfortable. I couldn’t relax with bugs crawling around.
