Located near Malecon harbour (30 metres away) and Tortuga Bay beach (2.5 km away), Seymour Airport is a 45-minute drive away.

The hotel’s location is excellent—quiet yet close to everything. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive, always checking in on you, and they helped us arrange transfers to the airport and port; when one transfer didn’t go as planned, they covered it and compensated us. The breakfast is generous and tasty, and I would definitely stay here again.

The property is very central, a few minutes’ walk from the port. It offers free pickup service from/to the Itabaca canal and free bicycles, both services are a great plus and not to be overlooked (taxi from the canal about $40 one way and bike rental about $15‑$20 per day). At check‑in they offer welcome drinks and access to a bar fridge with soft drinks, water and free snacks (the bar fridge replacement later is paid). The property provides towels for the pool and the sea! The property is clean, quiet, rooms very spacious. The pool is small but clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The receptionists Mave and Belen helped us with every need, Belen also speaks Italian!

The transfer service was excellent and the staff were consistently reliable, giving me confidence throughout my stay.

The service was outstanding: they picked me up at the harbor, arranged medical care, handled my luggage at the airport, and even recommended a restaurant with special requests. The pool was spotless and the beds were comfortable. However, the breakfast could have been more varied and extended beyond 8:30.
