The location is wonderful, offering an amazing mountain view. Denise’s service was excellent. Breakfast is simple yet tasty. There’s a huge pool, and the free‑roaming animals—chickens, ducks, rabbits, even a squirrel—made us very happy, all set in spectacular nature. The mattresses are not great; new ones or a box spring would improve the experience.

Breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were helpful and always cheerful. The environment was calm, quiet, and pleasant. The staircase to the chalet I stayed in had very high steps, making it tough to bring luggage. Inside the chalet, I missed a closet, a counter, or a spot to store bags. The TV didn’t work properly, as the sound kept dropping, and those little details matter to guests.

The place is lovely, close to tourist spots and the city center, and feels family‑friendly and welcoming. To be perfect, the beds in the TV room of Casa Verde just need a quick adjustment; the slats are sagging.
