The location is convenient. The bathroom needs some repairs: the toilet paper dispenser is falling, the towels are hard and need replacement, the gym is awful with very old equipment, the room wardrobe has only one sliding door, there is no refrigerator—just a fridge‑bar that cools poorly, and the sofa is a bit dirty and needs a new fabric.

I’ve stayed here several times and the location is perfect for everything I need; the staff is always great. Some construction across the street was happening and it did disturb my sleep, but I’m sure I’m not the only one affected.

The room is spacious, comfortable, and clean. However, there is a parking fee for guests, and there was also a charge at the entrance that was not mentioned. I could have easily parked on the street.
