The location is good. There is no proper TV to watch.
The welcome was superb, both the front‑desk girl and the owner were extremely helpful and friendly, the place is peaceful yet very close to Ferrara, and the breakfast was excellent.
The room is tiny, as described, but we were met with great courtesy and willingness from the staff for both us and our dog, and the breakfast was pleasant.
The breakfast was great, but the bathroom was a hassle – the sliding door was stuck, the shower head was fixed, and the toilet area was tiny.
