The receptionist and the shuttle driver reached out to me before and right after I landed at midnight, so I met the driver without any hassle despite my late arrival; the team stayed quick to help and friendly throughout my stay.

I loved how comfortable the beds were, the friendly and helpful staff, the cleanliness and the fact that it’s close to the airport, but the lack of an elevator was a hassle with a heavy suitcase on the second floor—thankfully the caretaker helped carry it up, and I wish there had been at least a ramp beside the stairs. The Wi‑Fi was also unstable, constantly dropping out.
