The property is excellent, with gardens that are well maintained. The staff treated us like family and were very friendly and attentive. Even though the kitchen staff were not available because it was off‑season, they still made a great effort to serve good food, which I appreciated. I’d like to visit again; a bit of maintenance work is needed, otherwise it’s good. Cleaning and maintenance could be improved and the room needs renovation.

It was good, but they didn’t make any concessions. Some concessions weren’t given because it was off‑season and we were leaving early.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, despite the initial shock of no breakfast being included. The staff were super friendly and helped me find a great spot for breakfast just around the corner, which turned out to be a hidden gem. The room itself was small but spotless, with a comfy bed and a decent-sized bathroom. The real bonus was the location - right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to all the main attractions.

Overall nice place. What i liked - The property is beautiful and spacious with the hills framed behind. It's in a quiet Location, away from the main town and bustle. Very helpful and pleasant staff. What could be improved - rooms were a bit old and rundown. Restaurant at the hotel was not working so had to order dinner from swiggy. They gave breakfast but that was OK. Value for money - just about. If they can improve the condition of the rooms then would be a no brainer
