The room was nice and the shower was large. The front desk staff were extremely rude, especially the manager. I broke a tooth and wanted to leave early one day, but she told me I would have to contact Booking because that’s who I booked through. I did, and they sent an email to the hotel, but the manager wouldn’t approve the early check‑out. When I asked the manager, she said she hadn’t talked to them, but Booking had a transcript of the conversation and listed her name specifically; if you’re going to lie to a customer, you should be removed from that position.

The room was massive and had everything we needed. The bath was decent size, the shower was the best, and the private pool was lovely. Everyone was very friendly and quick to help. There were plenty of breakfast options and the restaurants for lunch and dinner were very good too.
