“Lovely stay”
Breakfast was basic but good—omelette, tea, and bread; coffee was extra. The staff were very attentive, especially the evening girl whose name I don’t know. The location was nice, just a little outside the tourist area, with local spots nearby and everything within walking distance. The room was comfortable, spacious, and had a nice balcony. They offered a cocktail menu at very reasonable prices. The lift takes you to higher‑floor rooms. The shower definitely needs fixing: the head didn’t work properly, the water didn’t drain, and the door didn’t close fully. Parking is narrow and a bit tricky, but private parking is available and convenient. The TV didn’t connect to the Wi‑Fi.
The location is perfect, just a stone's throw from Prizren's old town, and the staff were very friendly. Our rental car was always parked by the employee, but the breakfast plate was pre‑served and always the same—no buffet at all.
“Very friendly staff.”
The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, offering one of the best customer services I've experienced; the breakfast was great, and the room felt modern and clean. I liked everything about the hotel.
The service was good, but we had a construction site next to us.
“Definetely best place to stay 😍”
Everything was spot on: the place was spotless, the staff helpful, the breakfast tasty, and the location central. Nothing to complain about.
