The location was good and the breakfast was fine, but the shower was awful; the basin flooded immediately and the whole floor got wet.

The accommodation was close to the conference location. I had hoped to use the sauna, but it was priced, so I didn’t go. That was the only thing that wasn’t good enough, but I understand your way of working.
