The big tube was a highlight. I arrived at 3 pm and was told I couldn’t check in until 6 pm, which was fine, but the staff rudely refused to let me leave my luggage there for just three hours before check‑in. I had to wait outside with all my bags, unable to go anywhere, sitting on a bench in a nearby park for three hours. It was unreasonable. I think the staff are very mean and rude. Another thing I really don’t like is that there is no window in the room at all, so no natural light.
Overall I could relax, even taking a leisurely bath, and everything felt unhurried.
I liked the complimentary welcome drink and breakfast, and the front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. The value felt good, and for a family like ours the bed and bath were roomy, with plenty of amenities. Room service and the paid drinks were reasonably priced, and I have no complaints.

The room was spacious, the bathroom large, the amenities plentiful, and we enjoyed breakfast, drinks and a parking space – total satisfaction! Even though it’s a love hotel, the staff treated us and our child very kindly, which I appreciated. The only downside was that the slippers were disposable.
