The room was spacious, clean, and beautiful, but the only downside was that we couldn’t get a signal in our bedroom or connect to the Wi‑Fi, probably because we were too far out.

Dinner was very good, breakfast was okay but could have been better, and the food was lukewarm. There was confusion at dinner because I had booked through the “My Warner website,” which said a £35pp would be charged automatically, yet after finishing the meal I was billed for the full amount, so I had to sort that out at reception. Drinks were pricey, and service charges were added to dinner and drinks automatically. The service in the entertainment area was so slow, taking nearly 45 minutes from placing my order of two drinks to receiving them. The room had a buzzing sound that persisted all night, so I got little sleep.
