Everything. It’s very well located, close to everything. The staff’s attention is very good, the breakfast and the room are also very good. The thermal pool’s schedule is very good for taking advantage of it after daily activities. Nothing.

Everything was great—the environment, the breakfast, the pool with hot water, the view. Great choice. The walls are a bit thick and you can hear every noise.

It was incredible, a great hotel, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and there’s a great price‑quality ratio. The breakfast was very, very tasty and the staff were very friendly. Tatiana and Petro were amazing at guiding us and keeping an eye on us. 10 out of 10 for the hotel. Everything was really fine. However, nothing more to describe. The best way to reach the hotel is by car, because it’s a bit separated from the city and there’s a stretch that requires driving off the main road. But that doesn’t affect anything, I think everything is incredible.

The room was roomy and spotless, and breakfast was good. We had booked the place for its hot springs, but on the first night they were all full and cold. The next morning they were still filling but still cold; we were told to wait an hour, yet we waited 2 hours and they still started filling while remaining cold. We ended up leaving and going to another hot spring location – that was the best decision I made.
