The proximity to the Monti Tiburtini metro, local supermarkets, and restaurants is great. I would advise paying more attention to cleanliness: the sheets were stained and the floors, which didn’t seem to have been washed, had some litter stuck to them. Breakfast consists of an empty croissant and a coffee or cappuccino at the bar, which makes me prefer to choose a non‑breakfast option and a cheaper one.

A very charming B&B with all the comforts, friendly and courteous staff, and an excellent location just a few steps from the B Monti Tiburtini metro. I will definitely come back!

I didn’t get breakfast. I booked this place because it said breakfast was included, but all I saw was an espresso machine. The check‑in details were never sent, so I had to ask locals how to get around the big condominium. Overall, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the train station is close by. Breakfast was not provided.
