Bacon was undercooked and the sausages were awful(way undercooked). Bagels need to be better and fresh. Coffee was like drinking tea(very very light. Toilet could have worked better (I informed the office) and refrigerator was rattling to the point you had to shake it abit to stop the rattling. The ice maker on the floor sounded like a waterfall! You need a maintenance plan and a cook

The room set up was nice and everything was fairly clean. Longer walk toward the area where most action was happening than expected, parking garage could use some maintenance. The shower curtain was not sufficient and cause the whole bathroom floor to collect with water which was not enjoyable and the bottom shelf of the bathroom vanity was not attached and fell on the floor at one point

Breakfast bar could be a little better. The only issue for me was the bacon was not drained of the grease. It's just piled in the pan and the grease clumps up on it

The hotel is clean. The location was good. The price was ok. The service was not good. The front desk did not inform me that our room cleaning service must be requested 24 hours in advance and could not be scheduled for daily cleaning. When I requested service at the night desk they said service must be requested each morning. They provided me sheets to change myself- really? The bed was worn and needed replacing. The refrigerator was broken and needed repair. They did repair it promptly. The window shade pull broke and they didn’t repair it. Ultimately, I repaired it myself
