The guest room was excellent, clean and comfortable. The location was easy to find and taxi service was available for you at the location. The facility was clean and well maintained. The room service was excellent and the food was delicious. The bar service was good. Overall I enjoyed my stayed there, and would choose Grand coastal as one of my destination place to be stay whenever I am in Guyana. One of the things that I didn’t like while being there was that I didn’t get the chance to use the pool. The service team member said that it was undergoing maintenance which I understand. Hopefully the next time I get the use the pool

The spot is perfect—just outside Georgetown’s bustle, giving a calm and convenient base. The breakfast buffet had plenty of good choices to start the day. Every staff member was consistently friendly, polite, and welcoming. The rooms were immaculate, well presented, and stayed very clean throughout. The only let‑down was discovering the pool was closed for repairs with no prior warning.

The staff were genuinely warm, welcoming and helpful throughout our 11‑night stay. The hotel has a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere, the property is well maintained, and we really enjoyed the pool area and the excellent breakfast buffet. The location on the East Coast was also very convenient for us, and overall the service made it feel like a home away from home. The only thing we found lacking was that some rooms and amenities could use a refresh, and a refrigerator in every room would be a welcome upgrade for longer stays.
