The room was large with a nice terrace, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were attentive and very friendly, but the room was not well soundproofed so street noise disturbed our sleep.

There is private parking for your vehicle, the room is large and clean, and the breakfast is hearty; however, it is close to the main road, so there is nighttime noise, though the hotel does provide earplugs.

The hotel is a bit older but very clean, the bed is very comfortable, the breakfast is simple but sufficient, and the coffee is excellent.

The front desk was outstanding, showing remarkable professionalism even though I struggled with Italian. The staff member who greeted us was especially friendly and smiling. The location is perfect in the heart of Suse. A tiny, humorous note for us French: a real quality loaf at breakfast would be welcome—just teasing, of course. I’ll definitely return. Thank you for the warm welcome. The only issue was the room fridge, which just served as a storage piece and produced no cold; I forgot to report it, but I’m sure they’d handle it with the same professionalism if I had mentioned it, maybe even remind it of its true purpose!
