I always look forward to staying here; I've been over 60 times and counting.
The location was great, close to restaurants, shops, and Surfers Paradise Beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful, showing me several rooms so I could pick the one I liked best. The apartments were a little dated, but they were clean and comfortable. Overall, a pleasant stay with excellent service.
“Good location, and comfy room. Could be cleaner”
The location was really good, the rooms were spacious with a nice view, and the pool and spa facilities were nice. The bathroom and room cleanliness could have been better.
“Did not particularly like the room”
The location was good, but the old bathrooms had a shower that was a bit disappointing.
“Loved everything, exceptional stay an view”
The location was exceptional, the amenities were great, and everything felt like great value. Everything was perfect.
